Guidelines
- First Step: Prepare the lentils and grains
1. Give the rice, broken wheat, and all lentils a good rinse and soak for at least one hour.
2. Put the lentils and soaked grains in a big pot with 6 cups water and a pinch of salt.
3. Simmer over low heat for 40 to 50 minutes, or until everything is mushy and soft. Pressure cook for three to four whistles as an alternative.
